Z series DC motor

technical superiority

This series of motors is a medium-sized DC motor newly developed by our factory after the development of Z4 series small DC motors. It adopts advanced design and the stator frame adopts polygonal laminated structure, which effectively makes full use of space. The whole stator and rotor are treated by solvent-free paint vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), which makes the winding have good moisture resistance and mechanical strength, and excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. Stator yoke, magnetic pole and armature core are all made of high-quality silicon steel plates, which have good magnetic conductivity energy.

Operating conditions

Ambient air temperature:-15℃ ~+40℃; Altitude: ≤ 1 km; Monthly average ambient air humidity (when the temperature is 25℃): ≤ 90%.
